Equipping and envisioning of workplace-based Christians takes place through quarterly regional meetings, followed up the next month by local congregational meetings where the principles are applied in the context of the local congregation. In the third month of each quarter, a missional activity will be planned. So a typical three-month cycle of meetings will be as follows:
- Month 1: Regional meeting for all together
- Month 2: Local church congregational meetings for those congregations who have established their own church@work groups (and other visitors who are seeking to set up a group in their own congregation)
- Month 3: Missional activity
